Here is a bet for Filmoe and pee wee. If the Rams win then pee wee doesn't post for 2 months, if the Cowboys win then Filmoe can't post for 2 months.

It IS a classic trap game. Rams will have to throw the ball with Jackson out and the Dallas secondary is its achilles heel. I think the Cowboys will win, but that's why they play the game, right?

I don't know if Fillmoe is just trying to stir the pot or not, but this game will say more about this team than the Chicago game. In retrospect, it shouldn't come as a shocker that a team quarterbacked by Wrecksman couldn't keep its defense off the field and was worn down by a big offensive line and lots of talent at the skill positions. But the Parcells teams were always talented and always underachieved. They always managed to find ways to lose games like this. They should be able to go out there and take care of their business. If they lose to the Rams, then it's the same old Cowboys.
I'm not getting y, but I'm pretty sure we'll win this game. Jackson is out, and Bulger is probably going to be out too (Ferrote is the backup). And, even if Bulger is not out, Bulger has some broken ribs he's dealing with. I think our Dline can put enough pressure on him to make him crack.

I already told him that if he has the balls that he'll take the bet that if the Cowboys win, Kori bans him for 6 months.

He still hasn't taken it, as sure as he is about the Cowboys losing.

    Yea, he's got huevos grandes . . . for a mouse.

Would you take the same then for the Rams?

I'm not the one who's telling the world that my team is going to win hands down. I'm confident that my team will win, but you never know what's going to happen in the NFL.

Any given Sunday and all that.

So, do you have the balls to back up the spewed from your mouth?

Or, are you just a little pussy that posts ridiculous ?

i would have agreed with you fillmoe, but the spread is 12-14 pts and rising...

i think dallas will cover the spread this week and then they will not cover next week vs buffalo.

maybe the cowboys lose to buffalo setting up a trap game vs. new england...

  11. #36
cuz yes, I believe that the spreads in the NFL are fixed too.

Cowboys fan here, and I think this is a trap game. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the Rams win a turnover/penalty/mistake filled game, as the team has spent the last week reading about how great they are and how it's a foregone conclusion that they will be 4-0. The last time I remember the Dallas media this confident was when they were talking about how the Mavs would have the Heat series wrapped up by the end of the weekend.

I would have felt inclined to agree until Issac Bruce went and ran his "should have known better" old ass mouth off by saying a victory in Texas Stadium is guaranteed. If this was to be a trap game (and I don't know if it was or not), it almost certainly won't be one now since Bruce made sure motivation won't be a problem.

filmoe- I will make a real bet with you. Cowboys Win I pick your sig, same goes for me if the rams win, you pick my sig. We leave the sigs up for say 1 week... no rules on the sigs, except they must be related to the opposing team, I will even let you give me a niners sig if the rams win, you know that is a lot worse than me having to have a rams sig. let me know.

If they were unfocused and over confident they are not anymore. never make stuff personal, e ially when you are going to a gun fight with a knife.

Nice. I agree with you about the motivational factor...if Dallas wasn't....they will be now.
