Sasha should just go for the money. Which I am betting lies with going with a European team. However if you can trade Beno for Sasha, ya I'd do that in a second.
Oh yeah, I forgot who was coaching that team for a second.
Everything makes sense now. Thanks, Bruno.

I think 3M in cash was given to Hornets aswell for Simmons but i'm not sure. This is great for the Cavs to have a developing power foward who can apparantly play defense. Now AV won't be asking for as much because there is more depth in the front-court.
Hope this leads to Cavs picking up a big-name player, preferably a point guard.
edit* Av's stupid agent will ask for 10M still but leverage power is gone.
Or he'll just leave because the frontcourt is too crowded. Now AV won't be asking for as much because there is more depth in the front-court.
They didn't give them $3M cash. They just paid for the guaranteed portion of the Wesley's contract ($250K) and the Hornets are just going to waive him.
They exchanged trade exceptions to get the deal done...
The Cavs fit Simmons into Luke Jackson's trade exception that was about to expire. Then, Wesley was sent to the Hornets for the trade exception created by Simmons' departure. The Cavs now have a $1.75 million trade exception that will be good for one year from Saturday.
not too crowded
gooden, Z, AV, Simmons and Marshall if he signs

New Orleans Plans To Waive Wesley
September 30, 2007 - 10:07 am
The Times-Picayune -
David Wesley will be waived by the Hornets once Cedric Simmons has completed his physical and the trade has been finalized. The veteran guard, whose contract is not fully guaranteed, was not expected to play for the Cavaliers this season.
"This trade will help us in a number of areas heading into training camp," said General Manager Jeff Bower . "We will be able to focus on developing the additions we've made to our frontcourt, it gives us increased flexibility in regards to salary cap management and it gives us the room to add to our roster if we see fit."
More money somewhere else if he forces a trade.
