    easy now ahf

you know hes AGAINST tollroads right?
Just to be clear, who was this one directed at?

I think the TTC is a horrible idea and if I could pull it off without getting arrested I'd drive down I35 to Austin and punch Perry in the junk until he called off the deal.

"Congressman Paul introduces numerous pieces of substantive legislation each year"

Anybody have a list? Introducing/sponsoring is easy, enacting is a little more difficult. How effective is he in Congress, "sticking to his principles"?
It's a pretty hard thing to track down, you actually have to go to his website

Convince him to continue the war as needed, then he can gain some serious votes, including mine!
So the war is the one issue that gets your vote? Not the best candidate overall?

Who is the best candidate? Don't you think it is a little
early to be worried about it. Since elections are over
a year away. I haven't seen or heard anything on the
dimm-o-crap side that interest me. Same old junk they
spew all the time. The Republicans, Thompson and
Guilliani sound pretty good, but neither have overly impressed me. Romney, sounds like a dimm-o-crap
running on the republican ticket. Much like our most
    wonderful Governor Perry.

The stance on the war issue could make a candidate the best overall in many voters' eye.

    The military, for one instance.

The best candidate must not retreat. He has said he would pull the troops out. Surrender is not an option.

The only guy who had a realistic idea about what it would take to stay in Iraq was John McCain, and it has already cost him the nomination.

We're going to start pulling out troops in the spring no matter what. It's all downhill from there.

    "all downhill from there."

dubya simply can't solve HIS Iraq problem militarily, and the Iraqis are going to slaughter themselves in a civil war, sooner or later. As the red-necks say, the US doesn't have a dog in that fight.

How is nonintervention abroad any different than at home?
