Usually, you couldn't shut Joe Theismann up in the broadcast booth. That was until that night in 1994 when Mike Patrick made a reference to Lawrence Taylor. Poor Joe didn't utter a word for the next 10 minutes.

This is true. Corolla on the other hand has always been damn funny even without Kimmel. Kimmel always comes off as a smarmy prick IMo.
