How does a team with 3 Rings pull a "Dallas Mavericks"?
By having a bad ass season and losing in the first round.

What's so hard about understanding that statement??

Right before the fumble, they showed Adrian Peterson's mother and brother wearing his jersey.

Mono is going to say that Texas Stadium was about 80% Viking jerseys because of that.

That game was frustrating. At least they won it and are 6-1 going into the bye. Is it too much to ask for someone to beat down the Giants and Redskins? The years of the Eagles on top the other NFC East teams folded quickly and now we're having to deal with these other ers pulling out wins too. That sucks.

The difference between the Mavs and the Pats is that the Mavs don't have any clutch players with championship experience. The Pats do. No way the Pats are out in the first round. They will have a bye. They will make it to the AFC Championship game at the very least.

I think your statement is based on wishful thinking.

probably closer to 25%. not that you'd know what a Texas Stadium crowd looks like.

You must be a genius to work out all that math without an abacus.

Everyone last year thought the Mavs were going to blow past everyone, but they lost in the first round to Golden State.

I'm thinking the same can happen to the Pats.

Well it can happen but the comparison to the Mavs is just ridiculous.

    Why is it ridiculous??

Bad ass season, blowing everyone away????
Didn't the Mavs have a bad ass season last year where they were killing everyone??

Yeah but the Mavs aren't a proven championship team, the Pats are. Three times they proved it. I'm not saying they can't falter in their first playoff game. But the comparison is ridiculous.

I was comparing last season's Mavs team with this season's Pats team.

I wasn't comparing franchises, nor would I want to.

Last season, the Mav's were supposed to be unstoppable. But, we all know what happened there. Similarly, the Pats are beating everyone and they're supposed to be unstoppable. All I'm saying is that, like the Mavs, the Pats are having an extraordinary season, and I think it will end early just like the Mavs.

I had no idea you've become such a Pats fan. However, I was expecting you to dump your 3-4 Texans as soon as they started their downward spiral.

Simply because I'm am showing the re edness of your argument does not mean I am abondoning the Texans. I do not even like the Pats. I am simply saying that the championship experience the Pats carry over from previous postseason accomplishments will be better for them in the postseason, unlike the Mavs. So comparing the Mavs and the Patriots, simply based on regular season dominance and saying they will meet similar postseason fates is a re ed point because of said championship experience.

And when it comes to sports, there is a such thing as being unbiased. Something you know nothing about.

So, is it Tom Brady that you have a man crush on now, or is it Randy Moss.

I guess your man lust for Matt Shaub is done.
