11 degrees...what's the wind chill factor?

I grew up in RI.
In the winter you had to start the car and run back inside while it warmed up enough to be able to touch the steering wheel!
And then scrape the ice off the windows.

When I moved to California in the 80's, there was an ice scraper in the trunk of my car. Scraper on one side, brush on the other.
One night we had some people over, all native Californians except for one native Hawiian.
Not one of them had any idea as to what that scraper was. Not even with clues!

Oh...we'll take any cold weather that anyone doesn't want!

I lived through a blizzard in Virginia and zero-ish temperatures in New Jersey. I know exactly what an ice scraper is and that is why I moved back to San Antonio, because cold weather sucks. All of you people who want Menudo, turn your a/c down to 40, eat your menudo and pretend like it's cold outside. the cold!

I lived through the "Winter of '85" in the Valley.

Temperatures dropped to the high 20s for a couple of days.
