Raja Bell? We're talking about the Spurs here, and Bruce Bowen in particular. But now that you're trying to push the point, there's a lot of the entire ing San Antonio Spurs team does as a whole that borders on cheating as well. It's not just Bowen, it's a well-practiced team defensive strategy that the Spurs use. The Spurs are without a doubt the best team in the league at pushing the envelope on what is cheating/fouling. They have clearly worked very hard in practice for years under Popovich mastering every cheat and angle.[/QUOTE]

Just because I don't like Bruce Bowen or the Spurs doesn't change the fact that the Spurs are very skilled at all the cheats. I was quoting the scouting report that YOU posted. I guarantee you that scouting reports from all the other teams around the league say pretty much the same thing about Bowen and the Spurs.
