Rudy T is over rated. He pretty much gravy-trained his way to two rings on the back of a HOF center. As stated, his offense is simplistic, and to top it all off, his defense is non-existant.
There's a difference between not agreeing with something and just being overrated.Not being a smart ass, what is it about Rudy T's coaching that you don't agree with?
Anyone on this board could go out and coach a team with Kobe and Odom to a .500 record in the league.
And seeings you want some criticism, what coach at any level let's any player go 2-16 in the game and plays him 44 minutes? Christ, send the man a dictionary with the word subs ute bookmarked for crying out loud.
Rudy doesn't coach that team, Kobe does! Rudy is just a figure-head.

I was at the game last night and saw the horror, every second of it. It was tight until the 4th quarter when I really have to disagree with the line-up Rudy T had on the floor. Kobe was having a horrible offensive night but he was still playing hard. The whole team, too many outside shot and no one getting to the basket, too much just standing around, but it was also because of who was playing. They had Atkins, Kobe, Butler, Odom and Jones - a VERY small line up and no one really to take it to the rim. They needed to get Cookie or Mihm in there to open up the floor inside and out. Oh well, game is over now.
