I don't like seafood period, but love the kabobs and hush puppies.

Sea Island reminds me of my childhood. I used to go to the one next to North Star Mall when I was a child...always loved the steak kabobs and my mom and sisters loved the lobster on a stick.

Yes! The original restaurant. I know the family that owns Sea Island (through my ex-husband) and I remember back in high school we would always go and help them with their "spring cleaning". They'd close for a week every year bring in steam cleaners to clean all the equipment and we'd usually help by putting a fresh coat of paint on the inside.

i'm not much for seafood...but i went there a few months ago...had a fish sandwhich and a pitcher of beer....i was happy!
