I love the continuation no call....BS....oh well....smart play by Battier.....what a great finish to the game, D fish and Walton played well at the end. Kobe finally passed a few times and opened the floor up....still his shot was way off and he kept driving into pressure way too much. Phil had some week subsi utions, however I still think you try to trade Kobe sooner than later.....regardless of the last minute.

It was a classic I'm going to do it on my own game from Kobe and it almost works. He's been doing this his entire career, nothing's different. Just with this team and years past he had more veterans and capable players to defer to. When he goes it alone on this team, they rarely win and it's quite upsetting to see. Trade him now and start rebuilding. It clear he needs a change of scenery. I remember when Barkley was traded to the suns and he had a monster season....sometimes a change is good for a player. The Lakers will persevere, nice young talent in Farmar, Critt, Bynum and Turiaf....I'm not worried.

It's also not good having Lamar on the bench with injuries....he would have really helped this game.
Francis is benched. He didn't make Adelman's 9 man rotation.
I also liked Magic bashing Kobe during the halftime show...man this drama has run its course with me....I'm done.
