The one on the news looked like the Best Buy at the Rim, but I could be wrong. There were already about 50 people at least out there. Camping at the Rim. Sounds wrong on many different levels.

Seriously? It may be worth a trip just for that! My 11 year old wants an Ipod, and free is awesome.
And I believe if you sign up for an old navy card you'll get one no matter what. Go in between 12:30 and 4:30 find a girl with bright red hair and ask her about it. She'll get 3 bucks for you getting one, that's my sister.

Yeah, go for it! When you sign up you get something like 20% your whole purchase and with the card 10% off at Banana Republic and the Gap (because of the sister company thing). They send coupons all the time too. I buy all my work clothes there now that I have it.
I saw it on woai news at 9. I am almost positive it was the one at the Rim, but either way, I'm sure they are all pretty crowded. It tells you online the minimum amount of items per store, and it's only like 15 of each. Yes, that's the minimum, but they probably won't have much over that. So a lot of those people waiting already probably won't get what they came for. And it's too damn cold for "maybe."

So I want to hear from the ones that went out to get "a specially priced item" only to find out its magically "sold out".
I just got a call from my mom, her and my sister got everything they wanted, including the really cheap electronics. They are tired though and asked if I could keep my nephews a few hours longer while they take a nap
Fry's has a 32" LCD HDTV for $377. That's a good deal.
Got everything we needed...went to Target like at 6am....not too bad...was in and out...they had all registers open...came back and chilled out...went to Best Buy at around 10...still plenty of stuff...not as much people as I expected...got a 2gb Sandisk mp3 player for $35...I actually thought they were gonna be out...they had a HUGE box full of them...not bad at all...seems like everyone slept in...even the line to pay at BB was extremely short...
Had to wait forever in line at circuit city but me and my sis got everything we wanted. I couldn't find one season I wanted but I got it online this morning for the same price I would at the store.
I got 6 seasons of shows for less than $100.
Looked at the ads yesterday, but only found stuff I wanted for myself; it's only appealing to get up early if I'm gonna save on Xmas stuff. Besides my daughter and I drove into Annapolis Wednesday and put a HUGE dent in hubby's bank acct!
I just braved out for the first time today and I gotta say there wasn't much going on. I know that a lot of the early bird sales were done by 1pm when I left but stuff looked pretty normal still, I thought there might still be more people out there for the sales that are all weekend.
Things didn't look all that bad at Radio Shack (obviously) and they had boxes of what I wanted at 9:45 a.m.
Also went to CompUSA for a new backpack (necessity, not want) and it just seemed like a Sunday.
went JC Pennys pretty much line free out at North Star although right around 4am it started to pick up some. Got in stayed for about 4 hours didnt get grouchy like I usually would have shopped for a lot of gifts for the kidos. Lots of clothes and outfits and good at that. So yeah I also picked up some stacys for me, a leather jacket for the misses and all came out to about 450. All my shopping is pretty much done for with the exception of our parents. So too me it was worth it. I am actually glad I didnt go to best buy however gay that sounds
that was an interesting day.
but i got all the i wanted overall.
so its all good.
i'm going to die now for a while.
