Nevada's Clark County Coroner has ruled that singer Kevin Dubrow, from '80s metal band Quiet Riot, died of an accidental cocaine overdose. The cause of death was confirmed after toxicology results came in Monday.
The 52-year-old singer was found dead in his Las Vegas home on November 25.
Quiet Riot was best known for their 1983 cover of " on Feel the Noize."

Not the biggest Quiet Riot fan but this is quite sad. My favorite of theirs was Band Your Head. RIP Kevin Dubrow
I don't see how people can have an "accidental" coke overdose unless they bought coke that was cut with something you're not supposed to snort into your brain. I had a non-fatal coke overdose and you definitely know when you go from "high" to "sick".
But rock stars are probably getting really potent stuff, so I can see them overdosing on it... but you definitely know when it doesn't feel good anymore, so what I don't see is how you would keep doing it. Oh well, Quiet Riot was pretty bad ass. Sucks that this happened to Kevin.
