    Best linebacker in the NFL!
As well as best linebacking core in football.

    Tatupu, Peterson, and LeRoy Hill.

Then get rocked by New England 86-0.
    Freudian slip of the year.

Well, Seattle does have a veteran team with a good QB who has played in his fair share of big playoff games. Also their defense is 4th in the NFL in points allowed right now. That's the kind of team that could pull off a road upset in the playoffs.

It's unlikely, but if Romo has a bad game, the Seahawks win the turnover battle, and they get some big plays on offense while limiting Dallas's big plays, then you never know. But that's alot to ask for.

Seahawks dont stand a chance. They didnt even beat the Cowboys last year. They were given that game. I am no Cowboys fan but comon. Seahawks beat an imploding Dallas team coached by Parcells. This team in so many ways is way better than last year. Cowboys should have little trouble kick their asses.

No. In the same alternate universe where the Seahawks beat the Packers and Cowboys in the playoffs, the Patriots beat the Colts. I was just contributing to the generally stupid nature of the original post.

They didn't beat Dallas when Romo would have scored if not for a great tackle by Jordan Babineaux? Seriously, if Martin Gramatica just tugs on that guys jersey, he doesn't catch Romo and Romo either scores or gets the first down.

It was an exceptional choke by Dallas, but a choke that was a hair's breadth from being the defining moment of Romo's career so far, but in a good way.

The only thing that game proved was that kickers are pussies.

This year's Seahawks team is a lot better than last year as well.

It wouldn't really be an upset. But I get what you're saying.

Seahawks also have a dominant Red Zone defense. More than one team has been stopped on 4th and goal from the 1.

Actually it wouldn't. Regular season and playoffs are two whole different seasons. A Mavs fan should know better.

    I agree with tlong.

Seattle will beat Dallas in the playoffs.

    It's definitely possible.

Dallas fans think they have their SB ticket punched, but let's not forget that this team has little-to-no prior experience winning playoff games. The majority of their core (Romo, Newman, Barber, Witten, Roy, Ellis, Ware) have never won a playoff game ever. Wade Phillips has never won a playoff game.

Dallas is definitely the favorite in the NFC, but Seattle could easily take them out again.

As someone who lived through the Dallas teams of the 80's as well as the early 2000's....nothing here is being taken for granted.

I agree that it is possible for Seattle to beat Dallas in the playoffs because the slogan in the NFL is any given sunday especially in the postseason. If they take seattle lightly and think everything is a lock, someone will upset them. Now if the Cowboys play their best game, Seattle isnt beating them. It took multiple ups for the Seahawks to squeak by a faltering Cowboys team last season. It is going to take mental preventable mistakes by the Cowboys to lose to the Seahawks or just about any team in the NFC.

Two weeks ago, I would have said the 'Boys in a walk. But with the way the Pack and Lions, two of the worst rushing teams in the league, gashed their way through the 'Boys, I see it more as a coin flip now.

    Oh, and Trufant >> Newman.

Yet they havent allowed a 100 yard rusher at all this season. The Cowboys rush D is better than what it showed these last 2 weeks. Like I said if the Cowboys play their C game, then it can be close to a coin flip. However if the Cowboys dont make stupid mistakes and play their A game, it wont even be close.

    the player responsible for this...

is teamed up with the coach responsible for this...

and you're really expecting Dallas to survive the playoffs? I'm predicting a meltdown in their 1st game against whoever.
