Iverson is a choade and a taint. Screw Iverson. That stupid er still hasn't ever figured out how to play team basketball, and no team will ever win anything with a volume shooter (i.e. "ball-hog") jackass like Iverson on the squad. The era of bull one-on-one idiot players ended about 3 years ago. That is dead. Iverson is a dinosaur and a head. Screw Iverson and the Nuggets? Seriously? Nuggets defense makes the Suns defense look good. How do you let Radmonovic open to make 5 three pointers...all from the same exact spot? And Coach Karl should be concentrating on how to teach his team to play some defense rather than "challenging his top two players to get 20 assists between them a night to guarantee a win." Did anyone else hear that in the broadcast report?

I still love Iverson's heart. While he still has a playground mentality at times, I think he really does try to play a team game. Last night though, he was feeling it for three quarters. If a guy is 17-22 at one point, I don't see how you can fault him for continuing to take shots. And, in the fourth quarter when the Lakers shaded him then doubled then gave him zone looks, he passed the ball to his teammates. He had 51 points but also had 8 assists and should have had a couple more. He's averaging over 7 assists a game.

A really good point guard that would control the ball handling, decision making and ball distribution would help balance their offense. Not that the Nuggets offense needs that much help. It's their defense that gets them in trouble.
