Tim has some huge hands. So of course its going to look a little odd when he's clapping.
I don't have a video of him clapping, but here's his huge hands.
Also, his nails are pretty long. Maybe it hurts if they hit his hands.

I thought this thread was gonna be about the way Tim dresses.
I think he looked pretty good these couple of games. We don't see him in street clothes very often.

Duncan wore jeans with that jacket. He's going to resist that dress code come what may.

I probably would too. I'm not a suit guy - casual and comfortable, that's how I roll.

You think Tim's clapping is less than smooth, I seem to remember DRob's clapping to be less than aesthetic.

Yeah he looks good from the top, but its those pants I guess. I saw them on TV and thought to baggy and to faded.

How can you expect quality clapping when you have AJ for a point guard?

I believe that jacket is the team sports coat. Tim just wears his regular attire (jeans/Timberlands) and adds the coat when he gets to the arena.

Kori, do you mean to say that the team has a few sports jackets lying around, like a restaurant that requires a jacket?

    on how to clap.

You're one of the greatest players in the history of the game. You have a great team. You have great fans.

Learn how to clap without looking re ed.

    Thank you

I totally agree. It actually pissed me off a bit to see him. Even when a Spur would make a great play, he couldn't smile or yell or pump his fist or do anything to convey his appreciation. He just stood there like a dolt, clapping politely. Very disappointing.

I don't want to disagree with Kori, but...
I'm not sure it's the same sports coat that he wore Wednesday.
They're similar, very similar, but they don't look like the same one.
Different lapel. And different buttons, there are other pics that show it.
Maybe there are a couple the team keeps around?

Umm... didn't I just say (or agree to the post) saying that they had a FEW team sports coats? They talk about it all the time, so I know it's true

I think Tim claps weird because he keeps his finger nails so long he's scared he's going to accidentally shank himself.

I think he does it for that reason, and also because he is doesn't want to risk breaking a finger in a weird clapping mishap.

    My bad.

I didn't see the word "few" in your second post. I only caught "the team sport coat" in your first post about it. I went off to find the pic and posted without catching up in the thread. Lesson learned: Always read before responding.

I know you know, and you've posted things about the "team" coat since the league put the rule in.

I was really just trying to see if it was the same coat. They look so much alike.

I hate getting the from Kori!

    I don't get it often.
I'm not sure if I ever got it until just now.
    But I didn't like it!
Kori does way too much for ST for me to want to piss her off.

Didn't Brent Barry borrowed a RED jacket from Beno last yr.

I use to laugh when I remember that.

    RED?

that was when I almost believe Beno is GAY.
