Bad run at end by Clippers - scary game! 8 point margin - Duncan needs to come in and win this game tonight. Clippers had no answer for him in mid 3rd.

    Rick Brunson WTF!!!!!!!

This guy has hurt us tonight!

Parker shuts down AI, Nash, Cassell, Nick the Quick, Mighty Mouse...and Rick Brunson is the guy that tears him up?

Going to chalk this one up as a fluke and say it's Brunson's career night.

    Damn.

I don't want to seem ungrateful BUT... just saying BENO!!! or MANU!!! doesn't tell us poor slobs that are hanging on every post what the is happening.

How about elaborating? Since you're posting anyway a few more keystrokes won't hurt and we'll be grateful.

and how about posting the score with every post?

    89-70

Parker alley-oop pass to Duncan. This also means a double double for TP (20pts, 10ass. so far)

Sorry = all starters and reserves that saw minutes played well tonight. Barry, Rose, Horry especially off bench. However, real keys were Beno who hit several clutch 3s and Duncan was huge in limited minutes. 91-72. Turn out the lights on this one. Spurs shooting about 80% in second half.

One comment for some reason Brown did not show much time tonight - Barry may have claimed his minutes at least for the near future. 91-74 as Brand hits a jumper.

92-76 going into final minute. Scrubs into game.

Parker has been huge 21 points - did not realize that good. Bowen also with 10. Duncan finished with 23.

Rose also has had good game with 8 Spurs to win by about 20 at end depending on final Fts by clippers.

    98 to 79 final

Rose saved us in the first half. When he came in the bleeding stopped...prior to that the Clippers were pushing us all over the court. In the second half Duncan and Tony took over.

I hope Brown is not going to start to get the 6 minutes per game treatment now...there are enough minutes for these guys, they are all under contract or easily resignable.

    Go with the deep bench.

Barry missed most of his shots but the two threes he hit were big shots that either tied the game or put us ahead. I've pretty much decided the Barry is clutch...he hits important shots. Now if he can just hit the unimportant ones.

And Barry played very good D this game BTW...which should make the usual haters happy.

Spurs depth showed it's strength this game...for most of the season Barry and Horry have been the catylysts IMO...tonight it was Malik...no doubt Devin's turn will come again, so I'd prefer he not get dropped out of the rotation.

I still leave the game impressed with the Clippers...you can tell they are struggling to find their iden y but they have a lot of athletic and skilled players. I expect them to be more of a factor in the second half of the season.

    Did you mean "isn't"?

I don't think he is. I just think that PJ made his rotations pretty simple and Devin just wasn't in them. It's no big deal. All the swingmen can get minutes.
