JV has balls. he proved it last night. I mean, being left so wide open could be scary. but he kept fighting, kept fighting

JV had some nice drives, but those wide open jump shots he continually bricked made an even stronger case for Stoudamire.

JV is what he is. Like someone stated, only good for 10 min a night. Apparently Suns figured he is so bad, you can just play 5 on 4 and leave him wide ing open and he still isn't going to hurt you too bad.

I suppose we are stuck with him the rest of the year, but let's hope Mighty Mouse is a of an upgrade.

You all can continue to hate on him.

I'll continue to apreciate a point guard who gives a , busts his ass, plays defense.

When Stoudamire gets blown by repeatedly and is bricking shots I can't wait to see the Vaughn haters spin that.

Weird thing was, when I saw him, he shot a ball better when somebody was trying to block him.

I think he needs to be thanked for his defensive efforts that game, not offensive.

His D was nice but we needed someone to relieve the pressure off the constant double teams Duncan was getting. Vaughn's man routinely left him wide open to double Tim, which is a major reason he was frustrated. If Vaughn knocks down a few jumpers, we don't have that problem.

If that's the case, why aren't you playing in the NBA.

You make it sound as simple as going out back and hitting a few jumpers during a pickup game.

FYI. The pace is entirely different.

No offense, but you sound like some punk who hasn't ever played organized ball before. I'm not saying you are...you just sound like one.

Vaughn played well, considering the cir stances, so give him credit where credit is due. It isn't his role to go out and play 25-30 minutes a night. Some of you guys are just arrogant.Really give the guy some credit. He goes out and gives it his all every single night. Most of you guys probabiliy can't even do that at your own job.

    PROPS TO JV

Jacque has a lot of heart, no one can deny that he does everything pop wants...he works his ass off. If you can't respect that, then i think New York has a basketball team that you'd prolly like better.

Yesterday he played like AJ, when teams used to leave him open all the time. If he had more confidence in his shot and made those jumpers, he'd be good enough to start.

Besides, I think his defence is better than Parker's.

Let's not start this. Finley's been playing like trash, and yes he is bench no matter who slots in where on a given night. Otherwise it is impossible to have an ongoing discussion about bench performance given all the moves Popp makes esp. regarding that 2 slot.
All the moves Pop makes? Fin has been a starter all year except the Suns. Fin has had some decen games. He is not on the bench so his number aren't included on the bench stats.
