It is Patriot fans like this that really piss me off! I understand about the Mavs but considering the pats success this past decade, a line of "I might stop watching sports" is really pathetic. Damn mono, do you know how many times the Spurs and Colts have lost in the playoffs. For real dude. I spent $400 on tickets to Game 7 of the Spurs vs Mavs series a few years back, Spurs lost and I have to drive back to Austin all pissed off and watch the Mavs go on to beat the Suns and then come close to dominating the Heat until the Heat cloned Michael Jordan and gave him a Wade jersey.

I understand you saying you don't want to watch the Mavs anymore, but I watched the Spurs for a solid eleven years before they won their first le. A lot of people on here waiting longer than that. The Pats have three Super Bowls and an easy ing schedule next season. To think they won't be back in the playoffs and have a shot at it again next year is dumb. At the end of the year the fans of every team except the one that wins is in the exact same place. You just have to deal with it and hope next year will be better. Losing the Super Bowl is the hardest to take I would imagine because of single elimination. It's not a seven game series.

I tought he said that out of frustration and I believe he couldn't quit watching sports. We've seen that on this board with some posters here (Walton, Tpark and others).

On a sidenote, mono has to give credit to the giants. I hated when lakers fans wouldn't give credit to the spurs or leafs fans give credit to the canadiens.
There is nothing wrong in talking smack (to a certain extent though) but it's very wrong to not give credit when beat.
