If JLH lets herself go like that now, I imagine she'll end up like Kirstie Alley by 40 (Kirstie seems to have fallen off the thin wagon recently). JLH looked great in The Tuxedo. She's really gone down hill.

She's now about as able (in my eyes, a man who loves a REAL woman) as she has ever been. DAMN.
I personally think JLH looks just fine. She doesn't need to compete with the 18-25 year old crowd anymore. As you get older, yes I speak from personal experience, things shift and become less muscular. It's also perfectly normal to gain some weight when your metabolism starts to slow. I am not sure how it makes her less attractive since she doesn't generally run around naked, but in fact usually wear very body appropriate clothing that is very flattering
