There are very few people I would ask or imply on this board if they were Mormon. Mainly because there isn't anyone here who fits the mold. I know several Mormon people. For starters, we can eliminate all the pansy liberals here. Mormons believe in hing, charity, planning for one's own future, and so many other standards of morality than almost no one here exhibits. How many lefties here believe in these things rather than believing it's the government's responsibility?

I didn't know McCain's son was military. Good for him. It's a great experience for building character. I only wish McCain wasn't liberal about illegal immigration and intrusive against the first amendment. I could get behind him otherwise. I can give him a bye on other issues I disagree with him on, but illegal immigration especially hits us hard here in Oregon. We are a sanctuary state, and pay for it daily.
