36-39 Spurs trailing......
LMAO...actually the Spurs need DEFENSE. Because they are not stopping the Jazz from scoring all over their ass.
36-39 Spurs trailing......
no defense, no offense, total , hope we make the playoffs
The Spurs look as if they have already resigned themselves to losing. They're just wandering on the court letting the Jazz whip them left and right.
Duncan 2 FTs.
Eisley top of key jumper.
Rasho hook shot good two straight trips.
Okur long jumper from wing.
Double dribble Parker.
Lopez high runner off glass good and 1.
Bowen midrange leaner from wing, good. 38-43 Jazz
can't we put together 4 qtrs of good basketball against a lottery team? this is sickening.
Sure, we pull it out in the 2nd half and win, but two qtrs 1 and 2 are irredeemably bad.
The Spurs have WAY too many problems, which they aren't doing anything about, to be SERIOUSLY considered one of the top teams. Their record is misleading. The Spurs fall apart at the seams WAY too easily. Tonight is evidence of that...AGAIN.
The Spurs do not know the meaning of playing "48 minutes".
For all the talk about the Spurs not playing defense against the Nuggets, they're not doing ANYTHING to improve that with tonight's game. Which is typical Spurs basketball. Screw up a little leads to screwing up a LOT.
Turnovers and second chances. The recipe for shooting 52% and losing.
TP, Barry, Bowen, Duncan Rasho in now
Duncan grabbed taking it into the lane. 2 FTs good. Manu sits with 3 fouls.
40-43.
Jazz shooting 46%.
McCleod takes it to hole hard and fouled by Rasho. Rasho won't help him up.
FTs good. 40-45.
1:08 left in half. Duncan misses wing bank shot.
Duncan dribbles between legs to get past the arms and scores in the lane! 42-45. Tim willed that one in.
Duncan blocks Arroyo at buzzer. 42-45. Halftime.
Spurs looked like in the first half. They should learn from these collapses, but they never do.
Tim duncan heard me, suddenly I'm alive. Big 2nd qtr tim! Go spurs!![]()

boutons, bring something, will you? You've got more to offer.
I had a bad feeling about this game see predictions that would be closer than expected, but Spurs will probably pull out the win, and a win is a win, if so 29 and 7 is ok no matter what. Spurs do too often play down to opponent!!!
Would you want to be a fly on the wall in Spurs locker room Pop is going to going ape *&%* and he should!!!
Duncan is coming alive and keeping it close. Down 3. At least kept it within range. What has the subs ution pattern been this game.
Meanwhile Wolves lost big lead now down 6 to Lakers 6 left in 4th. Talk about problems!
MadDoc
Tim looks off tonight, so why do we keep forcing it to him? Good old Spurs basketball... *sigh*
The fact that the Spurs played bad in the first half and they're still down by 3 only (+ the Jazz are obviously having a good day) makes your comments somewhat silly.
Besides I'm quite sure SA will win this one and if not, so what, they will only be 28-8... boo hoo
It's kind of funny how the Spurs will screw up or play less than great in one game and then make a resolve to not let it happen in the next game. And then it happens again anyway.
To answer your question about subs, Rummpd, Manu's pattern of two quick fouls, deserved or not, brought Barry in early. Other subs came in pretty much on schedule. I don't know is Rose will be back, depending on how banged up he feels from the hard fall he took on the flagrant.
Jazz are subs uting liberally. McCleod, Lopez, Arroyo, Eisely - 4 PGs all played.
A win is a win. Just like the Nuggets game. A loss to a injured and crappy Jazz team...that's a little more than just a boo-hoo one loss. That's reason for concern.
Leave troll or bring content.
Anyone can beat everyone in the NBA, happens... Besides I think SA will win in the end and it won't even be that close.
Hey Grim I think a fan from a team with a mere 8 wins(22 losses), HAS NO RIGHT to criticize MY Fav. team Spurs who has a 28-7 record, okay? Get lost!![]()

Just from a pure basketball perspective, I think the Jazz are really playing good, tough confident ball. They're are shooting lights out and moving the ball quickly.
My hat's off to them in for their first half. The Spurs weren't ready for that.
