No, but I'd probably like them. Potato chips (and beer, of course) are my two dietary vices.
Have you ever had potato chip cookies? My friend made them a few years ago and they weren't that bad.
No, but I'd probably like them. Potato chips (and beer, of course) are my two dietary vices.
Ingredients
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
• 1 large egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup crushed fresh potato chips
• 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
• 2 - 3 teaspoons powdered sugar
Directions
1. Combine butter and the 1 cup powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes. Add egg yolk and vanilla and beat until well mixed. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in potato chips and pecans with a wooden spoon.
2. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack. While cookies are still warm, sift with powdered sugar. Cool completely. Store in airtight containers. Makes 40 cookies.
Make-Ahead Tip: Freeze baked cookies in a freezer container up to 1 month.

I'm the exact same way...I just like it brown around the edges and in the middle red..very raw. Especially with fajitas.

You wernt picky about us eating all of the cheesecake at the GTG!!!![]()
Popcorn and pancake syrup together is good - and I'm a big fan of cornbread in buttermilk. I have an awesome recipe I love also for a pineapple and cheese casserole with marshmallows on top.
Oh, damn.....I forgot about that one. My grandmother hooked me on that when I was little. I love that.![]()
I recall getting these fruit cups outside a little Catholic church on the west side of downtown with lime juice and chili powder. Maybe not so odd by San Antonio standards.
Also, similar to above, Apple Pie topped with cheddar cheese.
I always eat raw apples with salt.
Piece of advice for anyone with a juice machine - avoid carrot-sweet potato-raw beet juice. Don't make me say "I told you so!"
Peanut butter on bologna (ate it as a kid, now my Foodie rep is too solid, can't do it anymore). Also used to spread Miracle Whip on a piece of bologna. And my mother made me fried bologna with scrambled eggs. (Okay, why are all my food weirdnesses attached to bologna?)
Lay's and salsa is great, as is rare meat (stick a fork in the cow as it runs by). I only eat watermelon with salt on it.
I was walking down the steps at school one day while eating an entire jar of peanut butter, and I didn't notice this girl walking the other way slamming down one of those giant Hershey's chocolate bars. She didn't notice me either and low-and-behold we collided. Chocolate in the peanut butter and peanut butter in the chocolate.
I made a friend that day.......
Oh, the peanut butter and chocolate was pretty good too!
Chocolate sandwich. That's bread and Hershey's syrup.
MmMmM. :p
Actually it's not odd at all. They serve those alot....especially down on the other side of Laredo. They usually have pineapple, oranges, coconut, jicama(I dunno the english name)...or some combination there of.
Ditto.
cheddar cheese and onions wrapped in pita or flat bread
when I'm at a Mexican or Texmex restaurant, I always mix up my rice and beans. That usually gets me a funny look or two, but it seems pretty normal to me.
french fries and mayo
green olives on pizza
cream cheese and strawberry jam on waffles
I like a 50/50 mixture of ketchup and mus with my fries.
My mother puts sugar in her refried beans, she got that idea from my grandmother, nasty !
I think this is common at least here in SA (and maybe everywhere) and maybe it's alreayd mentioned...
dipping French Fries into a chocolate milkshake... good stuff
Triscuits (1 box), Easy-Cheese (2 cans), and fresh jalapenos (or serranos) - VERY unhealthy! I only do this 2 or 3 times a year.
so does Karl Malone.I just like it brown around the edges and in the middle red![]()
I like to eat Tamales with Ketchup
Try it you'll like it!!!
You all are freaking nutcases.![]()
Bloody steak, salsa on lays, beans and rice, and ice cream with cereal are cool, but peanut butter, pineapple, and bacon?
The weirdest thing I could come up with is liking a fried egg on my good-morning burger.
Peanut butter and jelly is about as weird as I get, besides mixing two cereals in my breakfast bowl every morning.
French Fries and Mayo is good. That's how they eat them in Europe. I think sometimes with vinegar also. I mix my beans and rice, too.
wifey does the mayo/ketchup mix with fries......
i thought i was living the wildlife when sonic put a lone onion ring on top of my burger....
some of these are wow....eggs w/mayo....i feel sick thinking about it....
bloody meat? that's cool, but well done for me thanks.
