the media runs another "medical horror story"? Who do you believe? How do you react?

Who is sick or dying from these infected lemons?

The e.coli is probably human E.coli strain, but probably not not the dangerous "E. coli 0157:H7" of the spinach and other outbreaks/recalls. Otherwise, we'd probably have CDC involved.
