that was two weeks ago. I loved that one. It's so true (and not just with chicks)! Last week's episode was pretty damn hilarious too. Ted was dating some girl who wouldn't shut up. Marshall pointed it out to him and then Ted told him about his girlfriend's (I can't remember her name) horrible loud chewing....and then it evolved into everyone had this one thing that annoyed everyone. It was awesome.

Robin gutted Ted, but I guess that had to happen because we've been the Robin-Ted alley before and it did not end well. They are two people who are better off as best friends.

I've tried watching this show at different times, and I don't get it.

The main dude is either asking the hot brunette out on their first date, or breaking up with her in every episode I see. Does it show alternate realities of the main guy meeting his future wife our whottt?

Eh. This show's alright. I don't see why it's as popular as it is, but for some reason I still watch it. Season 7 has been pretty disappointing, imo. A lot of episodes have been filler and they keep pushing the Ted-Robin thing to death. I'm in the minority that wants the show to end already so we can know who the Mom is.

I'm more into NBC's comedy shows like Community (glad the ing hiatus is over) and Parks and Rec.

I watched parts of seasons 1 & 2, and I really can't enjoy the show. Barney seems like he's trying too hard at times (although he is the strength of the show) and Marshall/Ted seem like a couple of gots. Ted being the centric character was a mistake, should have gone more of a friends route. It's like have Ross as the main character. Friends would have been horrible with Ross as the main character.
