I like Sequ, but I've always considered him more of a dwarf than a midget. Dwarfs are unevenly proportioned in certain areas and tend to have either very strong legs or very strong arms. I think that's why he's such a great bowler.

Also, sometimes dwarfs can obtain magical powers. This also might be a reason of why he's such a great bowler.

I think I saw Sequ at CVS (on Potranco) the other day (actually it's been weeks). I recongnized him from the pictures floating around here.
