this one is really deep so be prepared..
Working on the highway laying down the blacktop
Working on the highway all day long I don't stop
Working on the highway blasting through the bedrock
Working on the highway, working on the highway
Hey, little girl is you daddy home?
Did he go and leave you all alone?
I got a bad desire.
I'm on fire.

Nice.
But, I always enjoy a trip down memory lane:
Well there's a girl that lives up the block
back in school she could turn all the boy's heads
Sometimes on a Friday I'll stop by
and have a few drinks after she put her kids to bed
Her and her husband Bobby well they split up
I guess it's two years gone by now
We just sit around talking about the old times,
she says when she feels like crying
she starts laughing thinking about.
I'm gonna listen to that on my way home and totally rock out (after Born to Run of course because that is the official leaving work song for an American worker). I hope my neighbors arn't sleeping because it's going to be a BS Rock party here in about 30 minutes.![]()
I'd be willing to deposit some material for a nice little "art" project!!!!!
I don't know what good that would do if the placement of this post is any indication of your aim.
Dynamite Hack...Memories....
To the question, it depends what mood I'm in. Most likely you'll hear anything from the Grateful Dead to Dave Matthews to Blink 182. Last song I was listening to was the Violent Femmes- Blister in the Sun.
Sometimes I'll dial up ESPN radio for s n giggles.
x2 . def Klove
Probably....Queen, Freezepop, or a mix on CD, and Talking Heads on cassette. That's why I love my car. She has a cassette player. She also has a name.
Eccentric Soul, Vol. 7: The Deep City Label or KUT
Radio: 1250 ESPN, was listening to Chris and Jason
CD: Seal's newest CD "System"
Ipod on shuffle when I plug it in...
Right now I am listening to How to Win Friends and Influence People. Next is Muhammad Ali's biography and then Eric Clapton's. I am into audio books right now...
Weather Report - Boogie Woogie Waltz
And this thread took just the turns I expected it to . . .
If I was in my car with you, probably a Charlie Daniels Band compilation.
If you were in it by yourself......nothing because the removable face plate would be off.
Last thing I had playing was the August Rush soundtrack. Everyone should check that out.
On Sirius, probably Shade 45, or Hip Hop Nation, Backspin has been seeing alot of time in the car as well.
If you were in the mood for music, it would probably be:
classic rock (ZZ Top, Led Zep, AC/DC, Rush), or
oldies, or maybe
Louisiana swamp music (zydeco, swamp pop)
If you were to get in my car, I imagine you'd only be doing it because you were in serious trouble! Probably got a flat tire, or some maniac with a chainsaw was chasing you! And I'm a stranger!
And I would turn off my Rush Limbaugh, or preaching (e.g., David Jeremiah, Adrian Rogers). Talk radio when other people are in the car trying to have a conversation with you would be rude!
killa kid camron!
Fillmoe, if you were to get in my vehicle, I'd clobber you on your head, and run the engine in my garageTherefore saving the world
