Alex is out with a torn ACL for the year.
A lot of teams would kill for Wilks right now. We're lucky.
Pretty sure Alex is out for another season.
Alex is out with a torn ACL for the year.
The news is soooo bad that I thought it was a joke.
Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!
HTF happened? Both PGs out, and Barbosa may miss significant number of games.
It sucks to be the Suns now.
Edit: false alarm regarding Barbosa![]()

I was talking about Alex Garcia being out for the year, answering exstatic's post.
Phoenix can still be dangerous....beware.
Hey if Nash is out for the next 20 games they would still be in the playoff hunt later in the year....so I'd wait until he's good and healthy before bringing him home...expect the suns to sign some players or try to trade for Arroyo
If I'm Utah, they don't get Arroyo for less than one of their starters. Why help the compe ion?
Because Arroyo is ing to the press and he's their third string point guard. So they might want to deal him just so he doesn't start locker room problems.
sounds like the suns could use barry
marion for barry?
Ducks stop thinking your dreams will come true
Didn't they release Tabuse recently? Whos at PG for them now?
q richardson for a backup point and a big
would wolves trade with the suns
suns could use troy hudson....
If Nash and Barbosa are both out, Yuta Tabuse should be signed any second.
He's playing ball now?![]()
unbelieveable how BOTH are out.
Now everyone wonders why you keep 3 point guards on the team, THIS is why.

Steve Nash, practicing for the first time since suffering a bruised thigh in a game Friday, collided with Leandro Barbosa on Tuesday afternoon, injuring his back.
Nash was suffering from back spasms and is scheduled to undergo a magnetic resonance imaging test this afternoon.
Barbosa injured his left ankle and was on crutches. Details of the injuries were unavailable, but the status of both players is uncertain for Wednesday's home game against Memphis.
Joe Johnson would start at point guard for the Suns if neither Nash nor Barbosa could play.
The Suns (31-8) have lost four straight games and led San Antonio, their opponent at America West Arena on Friday night, by a half-game in the Western Conference
No jj will run the point, q and casey at the sg and maybe some point it will be interesting they just better suck it up and figure it out, Im thinking they need to dangle that first round pick from the bulls in a package before the bulls move up draft won't be good trade bait..
It wouldn't surprise me if Joe Johnson went for 15-20 assists in the next game, dude can dish the rock.
"The Suns have gone from unbeatable to snake bit in the amount of a week"
First, the Suns had just lost when Nash went down and were facing a tough stretch no guarantees.
2nd = since when were they unbeatable? Vs. Spurs they looked pretty average at best. Snakebit they may be but maybe it was also foolish to have Nash and Barbosa going at it hard when Nash was supposedly nursing an injury.
3rd = I agree that I want Nash healthy and would not want to play a "wounded dog" team but this Sun team has not showed any mental toughness so far despite two all stars.
No mercy Spurs.
MadDoc
JJ is an all-the-tools playa. Dude may not have originally had his head on straight with the Celtics, but he's very similar to Manu, not in terms of style of play, but in the number of different ways he can contribute.
Sounds like sarcasm...I was also thinking why the they were going at it hard in practice who knows, barbosa is what 21 sometimes a little spazzy and probably got out of control...I think it was dumb to get rid of Howard Eisley, but they did...Oh well hopefully this get them mental toughness, because you can only get it when you have rough times....Still not down, 2 pac gotta keep your head up,
Maybe they need to bring Tabuse back?

that's sad but....
TP for All-STAR![]()

I asked this question a few days ago :"What will happen if Nash gets injured?". I didn't realize this would happen so soon. He just ran out of gas...
Now I realize Pops' intentions in limiting TD & Manu's minutes. That's how teams shld do to reach the playoffs.
With Kobe and Nash injured, do you think Manu or Tony will get in the All-Star game?
