You still have a shoebox in your closet with old Spurs boxscores cutout of newspapers from some of your favorite games in the 1970's.

-If you still have a "We want it now" t-shirt.

-If you know which player designed the shirt.

-If you cancelled plans and roadtripped to San Antonio when you found out which game was going to be the comeback game for Sean after the transplant.

    -If you HATE Karl Malone.

-If you know what the consequences of saying "the only good thing about San Antonio is the guacomole salad" in public are.

-If you wallpaper your room with newspaper articles and boxscores every season.

-If you're willing to put up with the ty San Antonio sports anchors to see highlights of the games.

If you remember the Iceman taking Dr. J and the Sixers to the woodshed in the Eastern Conference semis in the '70's, only to lose to the Bullets after going up 3 games to 1.

If you remember when the Atlanta Hawks were the most feared team in the Central Division, and the Spurs primary threat.

If you've got a "Headin' West With the Spurs" souvenir cup from the Hemisfair with Stan Albeck on it, or a "Spurs are Playin' 'Cotton Ball'" cup from when Cotton Fitzimmons was the coach.

If you remember, and saw, George Karl as a Spurs player, and Rudy T as a Rockets player.

If you remember when those silver throwbacks were the regular unis.

I don't have a "We Want It Now" T-Shirt but I thought about that one shortly after starting this thread. It was designed by David Greenwood.

    I also remember Mr. Guacamole.

If you used to go to the church where the Spurs practiced at and sat in the cold while peaking thru a door to watch a two hour practice.

If you could recite the entire Spurs roster before you learned how to read.

    If you watch games twice.

If you've memorized all the plays and all the corresponding hand gestures.

If you have a Greg Sutton t-shirt.

If you've had season tickets for six years and have missed less than five games.

If you're typing in this thread when you have work to do and you have to be asleep in 15 minutes.

    The Coyote Clubhouse

And when KSAT used to be the local flagship station for Spurs games and Greg SImmons had his weekly show with Bob Hill and sometimes a GM Gregg Popovich.
