If Tim had stuck with swimming he'd have more gold medals than Manu. Discuss.

If that tornado didn't thrash Tim's pool in Virgin Islands?...
It probably would have been damaged anyway when Hurricane Hugo came by a few days later. Damn, that was an unlucky week for St. Croix.
If they lost game 1, we would still win in 5. Suns wouldn't win game 4 because at that point they would be down 1-2 instead of 0-3 so they wouldn't play with as much urgency and then Spurs close it out in game 5 on their own court.
If Duncan had not hit the 3...
...the Spurs wouldn't have come out flat in Game 4.

If Derek Fisher doesn't hit that shot...
it's irrelevant, just like saying what if manu hadn't fouled dirk or what if fisher had missed that shot.
spurs gave themselves a chance to win. that's all that matters.
btw, when people assume that the suns would have won if stoudemire and diaw had played forget the level of energy that the suspensions gave the suns team and crowd. take away the suspension, you take away a lot of that energy.
I remember how lame it was when Spurs fans resorted to excuses like "What if Derek Anderson wasn't hurt" after getting steamrolled by the Lakers.
Now the national media is doing it for a never-was team that lost 4-1.
It's pretty nice to see the Spurs make so many people cry.
If Tim Duncan took a and no one was there to smell it would it still smell like roses? Discuss.
If the Spurs and Pistons played in the 2008 NBA Finals, and nobody watched, would there really be a championship? Discuss.
If Harry never met Sally....discuss
actually, no event in the universe requires a witness, otherwise there would be no new discoveries since, having never been witnessed before, they couldn't be around.
if nobody invented the internet, where would you post all these? discuss
I'd be in the NBA if i wasn't a 6 ft white guy who can't jump very high
molecules. anyway, its a philosophical discourse made by a comedian. don't take it seriously.
Doesn't matter anymore, he hit the shot, end of story. On a good day Shaq can hit back to back freethrows.
Who cares?
What if Derek Anderson HAD resigned with us?
What if David Robinson HAD exercised his original contract with us?
What if Tim HAD left for Orlando?
A bunch of gee-whiz questions, I know. Events in the universe can go an infinite number of ways. It makes me even more thankful that the good Lord saw fit to give us 4-time, going on 5-time, champions.
Yeah, really.
And Suns fans act like Duncan's 3 was a big fluke or something. We admit that shooting 3's is not his strength, but he's been draining 20-footers his entire career. So, for him to step back a few feet, set his feet, and nail a 3 with no one in front of him -- when everybody knows Tim is clutch -- is not exactly a lucky shot. I wasn't surprised at all that it went in.
What if Donaghe didn't "cheat" for us last year...would the Suns have been the champs?
hahaha in pathetic ass "what ifs"
"If 'IF' was a fifth, we'd all be drunk."
