some of us can tell the difference between the sig scroll down bar and the page scroll down bar...

duh!
I am talking about when you have a wheel on your mouse and you have your cursor in the box and just start scrolling down, then you run in to one of those scroll down sigs, then all that scrolls down is thier %$$$## sig....that drives me ing nuts.
