Was Tim really sick in games 1 and 2?

I can't believe that he didn't have the flu or food poisoning or something. I hope its the flu or food poisoning, because then he will rebound with a vengence next game. We only lost the '04 and '06 les because Tim had injuries."

Now that we know that Tim had the flu, that means Galileo's prediction has been vindicated! Duncan will rebound.

It also means the Spurs will win the series.

I was wondering if Manu was ill during game 2. When he came in to play, he actually looked very pale and sorta greasy. Then later I heard that Tim was running a temp in first game so I was wondering if a virus or "food poisoning" or something was making the rounds. Now don't jump to conclusions as I'm not saying that's the reason they lost. This is only a conversation about if there was an illness making the rounds.

By the way, you guys saying ....he should play well regardless of illness ...would be the first crying for their momma if they were sick enough to run a 103 temp.

Well if he plays like and is sick as a dog what do you want from the man?? He is going to give you all he has with what his body can handle. Duncan gets a pass for game 1 pure and simple.
