What is NO going to do against Duncan now that he's healthy? Double-team him? Whoops, give up penetration and open 3's.
Single-cover him? Not happening.
Tim Duncan & Tony Parker are the hardest - THE HARDEST combo in the NBA to guard. No one is as fast as Parker is at getting to the hoop, and no one commands the paint like Duncan.
You HAVE to double Duncan to slow him down when he starts playing like this. And what happens when you double him?
The Spurs destroy you.
How the are the Corn Nuts going to slow Duncan down if he plays like he did tonight? They have absolutely no answer for him.
Neither does any other forward/center in the league.
Where Duncan walks, the NBA trembles.
The Hornets problem is now two-fold. They are getting schooled offensively and defensively.
Byron Scott is going to have to earn his coach of the year award in Game 5 if NOH is going to stand a chance.
+1
And I honestly think he is out of playing cards.... If he had anything left it was to have Peja drive the lane against Bowen tonight.... and that didnt work for .
Ha, just like the Lakers, eh? Not to be rude, but that is obvious, especially after the epic Hawks-Celtics series. , that's all that Boston can do lately, since they suck balls on the road.
And the Lakers better take care of home court too. Can't they win with a hurt Kobe at the very least? Even PHIL JACKSON thought everyone but Kobe played like ass. They can't always rely on him to carry them through. , we've been winning with Manu having two injuries almost the whole postseason, and Duncan with the flu for three straight games, and the only time they've lost is when Manu and Tim were both injured at the same time.
But you've got Gasol AND Odom. One of them should be able to step up, like Manu or Tony when their main player is down. You're seriously going to go six rounds with the freaking Jazz!?!
It's funny how the Jazz were predicted by damn near everyone to go five max, but they've been wrong about everything lately. First the Suns in 6/7, the Pistons/Boston would sweep, Mavs experience would trump NO, Spurs exp would trump NO(I know it has now, but no one expected 2 blowout losses), they can't get anything straight. I just hope they're ultimately right about the Spurs beating NO, and then wrong about th Lakers representing the West.

Debbie Downer. I hope you are as critical on your own team.
