I'd have to give the nod to the Hornets fans because , at they very least, the other teams's trolls are here year round but the Hornets trolls are the worst. It's because they act like they've never won before... Assuming they win the series they will soon realize that it won't mean much if they don't win the championship.. They will figure that out soon enough..

So I took up for a Spurs fan who got banned just now for no reason on Hornetsreport, and i got threatend with a ban. Just because he was saying the Spurs were going to win. He was very civil too, no trash talking at all. I think I amy just leave that board, its for kids and followers of Jerry Fallwell.

I'm sorry Spurs fans but it seems you are not allowed on our boards. Damn Nazi's. What you have here is special, and most team don't have this and have the amount of users that you do.

Please add a Hornets section, how much would that cost, I would donate and take up collections. We need to be a part of this madness.

Suns - hands down going away. They still can't get over Horry's hip check. Most of them, excluding Xylus and a few others, just rant and rave against us. It's just so old and boring - pun intended.

These kind of polls do nothing but provoke trolling. A lot of Hornets trolls are annoying and the group that was here when the series started with all their porn pictures of s, etc were very obnoxious. But by far, the group that caused most havoc on the board was Mavs fans of 2006. They actually took the time to write threatening emails, called me a on the board almost daily, and trashed the board to the point that I would have to spend more than an hour a day cleaning it. The Suns fans this year were annoying and many of the Hornets fans are too. But Mavs fans hands down.

I'll move this to the Club, because it really does nothing to promote basketball discussion.

I'm guilty of all things in bold. When you're new to message boards and stumble across such a big online community of spur fans, (especially in the middle of a heated series) something kicks in. It's like instinct. It gets boring really quick though.

those 'fans" you talk about were those from tiger droppings Off topic board. They are no more Hornets fans than Spurs fans. Most of them don't like sports, they were just here because of all the talk of a "cool uncensored, anything goes board".

I would have banned them in your shoes, but you showed good humor that night. I have yet to find a board that is as addictive as this one.

I have to disagree with some of your point of views. People don't just troll a board because there is a topic at a site about trolling, either they are already here to start with, or they got here from Google or a link someone posted saying hey this site rocks! And there are many topics already on the Xs and Os about tonights game sometimes people want to have fun until the game starts.

Phoenix fans are the absolute worst. No contest. It's a sublime combination of:

1. Not knowing jack about basketball or anything related to the NBA that occured prior to 2002;

2. A completely inverted world view in which the media anoints the "best team," and the games are only formalities. Any departure from the ordained script is just proof of a worldwide conspiracy against Steve Nash;

3. A sense of en lement that must be observed and do ented over time to be believed (see also above), yet is still exceeded by their level of denial;

4. Holding completely contradictory opinions, such as "The Spurs are boring and kill ratings" AND "The league fixes games for the Spurs;"

5. Wanting to make an immediate rule change or changes after any game their team loses; and

6. A general lack of education, communication skills, intellectual honesty, integrity, and grounding in reality.
