If David West is healthy for Game 7
    NOH will win.

Spurs fans have to know deep down their gameplan doesn't travel to NO. If the Hornets can keep the Spurs shooting 3's and long jumpers I'd be extremely surprised if they lose. All they need is for SAS to go on one of their typical droughts and they will blow the game wide open again.

Dude I am REALLY hoping that is the case. Please!!!

After this spurs win, 20 of the 21 games have been won on home court in the playoffs, which means the spurs have less than 5% chance of advancing, sorry not my idea but intriguing nonetheless.
Is this Tony Korn er? since no other team has come back from 0-2 let's just quit. Why even try?

But the Lakers would go into NO and win without a doubt right?

You can't win in utah. STFU!!!

Seriously why does the NBA even bother playing games? Why not just give the le to the team who will have HCA throughout?

it is not 50-50, there should be a factor for the home team.
I was wondering how did you reach the 82-12[/QUOTE

i didnt reach it...just a wild guess...why round up the numbers always??

i agre it ISNT 95-5.....spurs are experiences...and hornets are young and will get nervous

    so it isnt 95-5!

but it is far from 50-50 as well...hahaha

lets say 80-20 and end discussion...its probably around there

ok, it is a guess then.
well, I don't know how to calculate a realistic number either, my guess is that is closer to 60-40.
but I do know that 20/21 (5%) is wrong. cavs being unable to win at boston doesn't affect this series
50-50 is wrong also, each game is independent but home court should affect somehow.

let's just stop posting numbers that means and lets wait for game seven.
after all, even a team with 1% chance can still win a game

It's a shame the Lakers can't win in Utah because if the series goes 7 games that final game is played in Utah........oh wait.

The Lakers have been compe ive in Utah (overtime in Game 4). The Spurs haven't even come remotely close to doing that in this series (blown out by 19pts each game).

i dont think the spurs have ever won any rings without facing real adversity and being blown out more than once.. so its pointless... teams win championships playing all kinds of games, good and bad.

Now if the spurs had the benefit of the calls like the lakers do then they might just cruise to the trophy full speed.

Yeah the refs were well compensated to favor New Orleans here.

There is no doubt about that. Of course they'll play it down when they're in San Antonio but I'm already feeling bad for the Spurs on NO.

I don't know if I've ever seen a fan of another team as scared of the Spurs as you are. It's really quite amazing.
Last edited by Obstructed_View; 05-16-2008 at 06:09 AM. Reason: I said "opposing team" which isn't correct. Lakerfan is scared of the Spurs and his team isn't even playing them.

And yet, in their three victories, the Spurs have won by 11, 20, and 19. Those aren't exactly scraping by with a victory, are they?
