disappointing loss for sure, but nothing the Spurs can't handle. and i'm surprised at how many Spurs fans are worried.

Personally, I'm not worried - I'm pissed! You cannot give games away like that. Do you think Cleveland would've liked to have that first game back during their series with the Celtics? They literally gave away Game 1, after leading late. That one loss came back to haunt them because after holding serve at home, they could've taken a 3-1 advantage after four games. It couldve been a different series had that stolen that first game in Boston.

the lakers don't present near the match up problems as do the hornets. nothing the lakers did impressed me...in fact i thought they looked soft. gasol, odom, etc...were ing weak. i'm not saying they can't/wont play better...i'm saying it doesn't matter.

Totally agree. Which is why I'm not worried. The Spurs still have a great chance for a split, but it will be much harder because everyone knows the Fakers will play much better in Game 2.

I hope they kick themselves in the ass all the way up to the start of Game 2.
