I'm not really sure what the Bowen is even trying to do on that play. In the high def version you can see he isn't really throwing an elbow at Sasha, he's just kind of stiff-arming him straight across the neck. It's a really awkward and strange maneuver in slow-motion.

I know Bowen won't be suspended for this, but it would be sweet justice if he were.
