The Lakers have choked away 3-1 leads before.
Kwame Brown and Smush Parker are no longer on the team

I will never stop believing but it's really tough to imagine them winning 3 in a row with 2 in LA. Let's see what these guys are really made of...

I honestly think this series will go 7. Whether or not we win game 7 I'm not sure, but I truly think we'll win 5 and 6.

If not for fatigue from the bruising Hornets series, we'd be up 3-1 or tied 2-2 right now. We haven't been massively outplayed - in fact, 2-2 would be a very fair reflection of the series.

Tonight EVERY bounce of the ball went their way, we got pounded on the boards in the first half, Manu was missing, and yet it was still a 2pt game!

    Bring on game 5!

    I BELIEVE

The league will review the non-call and make the Lakers and Spurs replay the last 2 seconds of Game 4...Barry will hit the 3 and win the game. Spurs in 6.
    if only it were true...

It's going to be tough to take the next 3. I don't think they can, but hopefully they will. Anyhoo congrats to the Lakers.

I remember the doom and gloom after the Spurs were down 1-3 to the Mavs in '06.

One at a time. Get game 5.

One game at a time. The good thing going for the Spurs is Ginobili owes us a big game and in judging his character and historical performances, he should be expected to deliver.

Well, let's see. How many does he have for the series? 6 I believe. Divide that by 4 and you get 1.5. Yup, he's sure been getting to the line this whole series.

I'll enjoy watching you choke on your words when we win game 5 in your house.

Lakers in 5. This game wore down the spurs and got us a huge road win. No way we lose now.
I hope the lakers players share you opinion

All they need to do is take game 5 and bring the series home.

The Spurs can take the next 3.

It will be even sweeter to see Kobe cry on his homecourt.

    Hahahaahahahahahaahah....Someone is really bitter

Didn't we sweep you guys off the face of this Earth???

Funny thing about '06, the Mavs were kicking the Spurs' asses the entire series and were actually miles ahead of San Antonio. With the exception of game 2, the Spurs have kept up with L.A. pretty well. L.A. tightened up their defense and now it's time for SA to do the same and buckle down on the road.

Note to Pop: Please play Tim Thomas and Brent more regardless of what other role players have to sit.

Also, I think Ginobli (hobbled and all) will still rebound from this game.

Kobe will try and win game 5 by himself and it will be a loss
you might be right, i hate it when kobe always wanted to be the hero in the end of regulation, as you can see tonight he almost cost lakers the game by shooting unrealistic shots!
