this is the finals that david stern and the NBA wanted soooo bad because of the $$.
and they did everything they could to make it happen, even put joey crawford in as the official in game 5, who made another mistake and didnt call the foul on fisher.
so they got what they want. The way the spurs did not make excuses even though they had some showed our class.
You know, constantly bashing the Lakers is not going to change the fact that they beat our Spurs and will be playing for the NBA le. It may eat you up inside but that's the way it is......I say move on and let's look towards the future and hope that Manu gets healthy, Parker continually improves, the spurs get younger and maybe 2009 will be our year.
dont forget the jazz in 98, every team that tim duncan has been eliminated by has gone to the finals, and only twice have they won it all
