She actually looks pretty in hot in the first pick. She's looks better than she does now in all of them. She isn't that bad at all, IMO, when she isn't on whatever the she's on, which is probably meth judging by the scar on her face (meth addicts constantly pick at their skin).
Her mom seems pretty supportive. She went up on stage after Amy's Grammy performance to congratulate.

DEFINENTLY METH, probably more but Meth is very powerful and proably her drug of choice not much is as potent as meth. That's for sure.

It's definitely from smoking crack. She says she smokes it, her dad says she smokes it and now she's supposedly being treated for pre-stages of emphysema.
