    Redd is actually pretty damn good at getting to the basket for someone with his limited athletic abilities. He has nice footwork and can draw a ton of fouls. He's a superstar-caliber offensive talent who would be marketed as such if he didn't play in bum Wisconsin.

    But he's also one of the biggest ballhogs in the NBA and (this is the bigger issue) just plain doesn't play defense. Not that he's physically capable of playing much defense, but he doesn't care enough to even put in that minimal effort. Spurs fans tend to overrate Ginobili's defensive abilities, but he's still above-average; all of the Spurs starters are at least average defenders. Redd would present a huge gaping hole in that lineup.

    Unless you are offering Kobe or Lebron, you don't trade Ginobili. Do you all realize he is a friggin bargain ?
    Tony is younger but I'd move him before I ever even consider Ginobili.

    I don't want Manu to wear any other jersey but that of the San Antonio Spurs, even if it might hurt the team down the road. He's that important to this franchise, fan base and city. No way.

    Yeah let's trade Manu because he got worn out and battled injuries on and off during a postseason and sucked at times. It's not like he was having a career year before that or anything.
