BOS has played the most NBA games of any team in NBA history. With such a quick turnaround I wouldn't be surprised if LA managed to steal Game 6.

It's not that big a deal, I just think it would be nice to let a Boston fan, who's not a troll, start what will probably be a Championship game blog. He's tried twice so it's obviously something he'd like to do. There's no guarantee it will go 7, I think he should get to start one.

First off props to LA for keeping the series alive. It isnt over until it's over.
The Celtics are now playing with dangerous fire. They gave Kobe Bryant another shot at staying alive in this series. Bad move. I dont give a that game 6 is in Boston. The Celtics will have to fight tooth and nail to win this game. It wont be easy by any means. LA is also capable of winning in Boston. The Celtics have to win game 6. If they dont, then they are in deep . Anything can happen in a game 7 and blowing a 3-1 lead against a team with Kobe Bryant is the worst situation to be in. Celtics have their work cut out for them.
No one has crushed anyone in this series. Anytime either team has had a big lead, the other makes a huge run and makes it real close.

The strange thing is there has not been one blowout in this entire series despite both teams being able to generate huge 20+ pt leads at times. If Perkins is injured for another game, the Lakers are perfectly capable of pushing this to 7 games.
Kobe is going to HAVE to shoot somewhere near 50% though, he can't go 8-21 again. He must get into his rhythm by the 4th and be able to hit the clutch shots we depend on him so much for. Also, the defense on the Pierce/KG screen rolls needs to be addressed ASAP. Gasol needs to show immediately and they must trap Pierce and force the ball out of his hands. It's a simple adjustment, that I expect Phil to go with seeing as how Pierce straight torched everyone we put on him.
Game 6 will be the best game of the season, hands down. BOS doesn't want this to go 7 games, and the Lakers obviously have to win this to extend the series. We're going to see both teams giving it their all on Tuesday night.

Allen, Perkins expected to play as Celtics seek to close out Lakers
WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) -- Celtics coach Doc Rivers expects Ray Allen to play in Game 6 of the NBA finals after the guard skipped the team's shootaround following his overnight flight from Los Angeles.
Boston center Kendrick Perkins participated in the workout and is likely to play Tuesday night after missing Game 5 against the Lakers with a shoulder injury.
Allen stayed behind after the team left because his toddler son was undergoing medical tests after feeling ill. The Celtics gave no details of his son's condition at Allen's request.
Boston leads the series 3-2 and can win its first le since 1986 Tuesday night. Allen is second on the team in shooting and rebounding in the finals. The absence of the 280-pound Perkins helped the Lakers' inside game in their 103-98 win Sunday.
It's not good to hang your hopes on a brittle 20 year old kid who hasn't done anything of signifigance in the NBA.
