Seriously....do you think it's muscular? If so, do some stretches and take some ibuprofen.
Or did you eat something that made you feel like you might have indigestion and then the pain started? If so it could be referred gall bladder pain. Have yourself a little mylanta or maalox(), it should subside, but you need to see a doctor.

you need to have a Ergonomic evaluation done so they can arrange your monitor and keyboard to where they are supposed to be. That is where your pain is coming from
i can move my monitor wherever i want. i have bad eyesight though and have to squint at my screen and lean forward sometimes to read the type

Rest and take it easy, take some Tylenol or Motrin if the pain is too much. If back pain consists for more than 4-5 days and you have not had a history of back problems or heavy lifting, it maybe be your spine or a neurological disorder and you should go to a Doctor.
Or it could be just your shoulder blades.
i think it may have something to do with me going to a bachelor party this weekend, floating the guadalupe twice, drinking from the time i got off work on friday until i had to drive home on Sunday, and sleeping on a cot for two nights.![]()
I had the same problem with my upper back and as soon as they adjusted my chair and monitor it went away.
have it checked out, ive had back pain for a while and was stupid not to see a doctor. take care of it asap!
