    If Jermaine is healthy, that is very realistic. IF though is the big word. Plus the east blows outside of Boston (MAYBE Detroit pending on what moves they make). The Cavs keep building around Lebron. They need to land 2 stars as 2nd and 3rd options to be in an elite class. Orlando/Atlanta are up and coming teams but they arent there yet. Considering it's the east, that isnt an unrealistic situation.
