Interested persons can disagree on any number of things where either side has a legitimate argument or rationale for why they might feel that way.

The Dark Knight is not one of those things. Anybody who still thinks that was a good movie is wrong. To put it kindly.

It's especially funny because it's poorly written and directed, pop , gussied up to make dumb people feel like they're watching something smart or meaningful. But they're not... And people who actually are smart, are laughing at them for thinking so.

Moreover, we're talking about an action movie based on superheroes that is "critically acclaimed" and "ground breaking" and "amazing" not to mention all that bull PeeWee's LoveChild said about this lump of crap back in the day.

Now you're slighting and belittling Nolan's artistic integrity by saying not only is Hathaway expected not to kick ass, but women never sell kicking ass in their action roles?

Nolan Batman lovers can't have it both ways. If he's this unique intelligent director that's successfully revitalizing the batman franchise, then Catwomen is NOT expected to just be a pair of hot s.

DPG noone's saying they expect Uma to kill 1000 japanese people with a sword in real life. But she "sold" the character to the audience via Tarentino's vision.
