I playe D 1, and I know what can be done......I played at 6-4 235 Sf and when I got to campus I only had a 28 in vertical. After a lifting and speed program in 12 weeks I got to 35 and when I left school I had 37. I was not a gifted athlete, it came from hard work.

It can be done if the player wants it.

Good god damn people, Manu isn't Jesus Christ. Quit thinking his presence alone ensures Spurs victories. Just remember all this love next time he plays and s up left and right again. The Spurs suck as a TEAM. Manu alone can't fix this .

He can play defense better than both finley and mason and he attacks the rim and gets to the line and he can create his own shot unlike most players on the team. That is something the spurs are missing.. Another scorer and another very good defender.
