Rose is the best PG in the NBA, as I predicted he would be before the season..the Spurs' struggle against athleticism, not a surprise that he's dominating like he is(not that any other team can stop Rose anyways)..

If the Spurs can just play harder, they should be fine..the effort has been very poor, particularly on D and on the boards..

Yeah, I mentioned earlier that the Spurs have the better bench by far. And it didn't help that Thibs left Rose out far too long in the 2nd qtr.

The defense will improve in the second half. Pop does not like to tip his hand in the first half. Look for them to double Rose more and get the ball out of his hands. Also, I expect them to go to Bonner more as he has been open on several plays. Blair? Who knows.

+1. I don't know why Dice barely got some burn so far. He'll have the all star break off anyway so I don't think it will kill him to play some big minutes today.

I think (hopefully) that he was comparing the two when it comes to making difficult shots. Rod Strickland made tough shots ROUTINELY and it was funny because he really had no athleticism whatsoever but the guy just seemed to have a knack for making those twisting shots around the rim.
