The NHL didn't schedule the games right, damn it. You have games on the same channel at 7pm and 9:30pm. You also have games starting at 6pm and 8:30pm on the same channel. There is no way that an NHL playoff game is going to be over in less than 2.5 hours. And what the happens if the early starting games go to overtime? In the playoffs, there aren't shootouts so you can have multiple overtimes. NBC better show portions of the games on USA Network if those early starting games run over on time.
They also have games on CNBC

I'm talking about when there is an early game and late game on both CNBC and NBC Sports Network. Those early starting games are going to run over and I bet you will have to wait til they are over to watch the West Coast games.

Why doesn't NBC just make sure that if a game runs over on time on CNBC or NBC Sports Network, show the late game on USA Network until the early game on CNBC or NBC Sports Network is finished? I'm pretty sure most old people in America have seen every episode of ty NCIS and Law and Order Parking Lot Victims. It's not gonna hurt some old people to miss repeats of those ty shows.
The exact reason why I'm not picking the Pens. Fleury can't be counted on and our D is suspect.
