Damn Broncos choked. Two in' minutes away from having two ties on the same day in the NFL. That's probably a record or at least rare. Two minutes from a tie. I wanted a tie between these two teams because then it would get some discussion about the ty rules that the NFL has when it comes to overtime. The rules in overtime should be just like college football. I don't want to hear about "games would have multiple overtimes" or "it would be a lot of wear and tear on the players". that. You either win or lose in sports. No damn ties.

Like I said in the original thread a tie is just ripping off the fans who spent money to watch the game and is cheating the players. even if they have to go to a kick off or something with the kickers lol ... a tie should never happen.

People always nuthug on the NFL but no one ever es about how there are ties in the NFL. People always cry about how long baseball games can be but at least they end with a winner(can't count the 2002 all star game because the all star game is a piece of ). Baseball games can go to 20 innings but there is a winner. No ties.

That was a tough loss and even harder to watch as a broncos fan. The pats just own us for the past few years and for one half of football I thought it was going to change. I knew the game was basically over when it was 24-14...I told my wife that we were ed and this thing was over.


Fortunately, the Chiefs lost too, but what a missed opportunity and lack of heart displayed by the broncos in the 2nd half.

Congrats Pats fans, that must have been awesome for you guys to watch. We will see you in a month and a half.

It was a weird game. patriots never make those types of turnovers. Belichick's teams are usually at the top in not turning it over. then Manning took awhile to get in rhythm, maybe because it was bad weather or perhaps because they were running the ball so much. Why they never did any play action, I don't know. It could've been killer. Once Cromartie went down, the DBs were so bad that the patriots feasted on it and got back in the game.

Manning had some bad passes but also threw some absolute beauties out there, plus some dropped passes that could've changed the entire game.

Then you had Welker who was playing like for most of the game, including the finale gaffe. if I were a Bronco fan I would be gutted, but it's not over until it's over. This is the type of loss that either demoralizes them or galvanizes them.

Funny how it was 24-0 when I reached Stateline (Primm), NV and the Pats had won the game by the time I reached Barstow, CA. Crazy.
