I give the wolves fans some credit tonight. The target center looked pretty full tonight and the fans stayed until the end of the massive blowout. Hasn't been that way in some of the previous Spurs games I have gone to at the target center.

Towns & the Spurs historic season brought out the crowd.

The Warriors are going to be on the list so I guess that would make one of them the 71-72 Bucks.

FYI: Kareem won his 2nd MVP & the Bucks were the defending champ. The Bucks lost to the Lakers in the WCF who had a better record (also won 33 straight) & thus home court advantage. The B2B MVP/defending champ status points to the Warriors but the 2nd best record points to the Spurs so Pop must do everything possible to get the #1 seed......a 33 win streak would be nice, 7 & counting

Tristan's only skill is pounding the offensive glass, and the Spurs are consistently one of the lowest offensive rebounding teams. That's by choice though - Pop prefers to get back on D than give up easy transition buckets.

That said, Aldridge has been the best guy in the league on putbacks this year on a PPP basis (http://stats.nba.com/playtype/#!/put...gular%20Season)

Oh, and look who is dead last. Tristan Thompson.

Maybe time to retire the Tristan Thompson shtick.
ain't retiring Tristan Thompson nothin, until the spurs fall outta the playoffs in disappointing fashion... AGAIN!

FWIW, Paul George went 5/19 tonight in a 2-point loss to the Kings at home.

While playing all of our guys, even the deep bench and getting a couple of rookies time to develop and slowmo some experience. Even our third string players can play!!!

It seems quite daunting right now to get it which makes it frustrating considering in previous years the spurs would have easily gotten the number 1 seed. The warriors look like they are on pace to win over 70 and are not letting up. Time will tell but I remember knowing back in '96 the bulls were going to get 70 when they were at 40-3. If the Warriors end up being 40-3 its pretty much a wrap.
