Official offers are going out to all 2025 prospects across the country.
Sounds like he has a lot of work to do to be in the rotation.

For the first team OL yesterday, IT said it was Banks - Conner - Majors - Campbell - C. Williams.
OTF saying WR Kaliq Lockett of Sachse has had some productive calls with both Sark and Coach Jackson in the past week.
They believe Texas has a "solid lead" headed into his August 7th announcement.

OTF commented on WR Jaime Ffrench saying they don't believe certain reports out there that Texas is now behind LSU and Miami.
Their info suggests this is very much Miami vs. Texas going into his August 30th decision.

Wiltfong at On3 wrote this week he believes Texas is in the Top 2 for S Jonah Williams of Galveston Ball.
IT followed that up with Texas going from a "sneaky contender to a genuine contender."

According to OTF, the family of ATH Michael Terry III from San Antonio Alamo Heights has informed the Oregon staff they feel Eugene is too far away.
This looks like it's coming down to Nebraska vs. Texas, with a few key people in his circle preferring Texas.
He's considering making a commitment in August but that timeline isn't a lock.

OTF saying expect Texas to turn up the heat on DT Chace Sims of Richmond Randle, who is currently committed to A&M.
They aren't sure yet what kind of odds the staff will have to flip him, but Texas is the offer he wanted most when his recruiting process started.
He remains in contact with several schools, including Texas, and has an official visit to Austin he can still use in the fall.

Sark told the media that he has former K-State and Michigan State DC Scottie Hazelton working with guys like Jahdae Barron and Jaylon Guilbeau for the defense's STAR position.
He mentioned it's been a huge advantage for the secondary since analysts and special assistants are now allowed to coach on the field.
Sark elaborated on this and said they'll be working with several guys to prepare for the various schemes they'll be facing.
For example, Colorado State and Michigan are completely different offenses, so helmet communication could be moved from a LB to a S or vice versa depending on what the opposing offense is trying to do.
Per Sark, the guys working punt return right now are Bolden, Bond, Cook and Golden.
